CALIFORNIA 19th CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT

The current 19th Congressional District was redrawn in 2001 by the California legislature.  The population of the 19th District is 709,622.

The California 19th Congressional District comprises all or part of the Fresno, Madera, Mariposa, Stanislaus, and Tuolumne Counties.
  • The Fresno County portion encompasses the north side of the City of Fresno and farmland to the north, 100 % of the Cities of Kerman, and Tranquillity.

  • Madera County includes the cities of Chowchilla, Madera, Bonadelle Ranch, Madera Acres, Oakhurst, Parksdale, Parkwood, Yosemite Lakes and the farmland in the rest of the county.

  • All of Mariposa and Tuolumne Counties are included in the 19th District.

  • Stanislaus County areas represented by the 19th District include the east, north and a portion of the west side of the City of Modesto. The 19th District represents other Stanislaus County cities of Hughson, Riverbank, Oakdale, Waterford, Hickman, Turlock, Salida, Keyes, and Denair, and the Del Rio area.
